„Really clean and spacious caravan, very pretty setting. The only mark down on cleanliness was for the pool and changing areas, it was a nice pool but there wasn't really anywhere to change and leave stuff, and the general changing area/ toilets could've done with more regular cleaning. The caravan and everywhere else was very clean though, we had a lovely stay and would return.“

„Das Haus hat in der Vergangenheit gute Bewertungen erhalten, was durchaus zutreffend gewesen sein mag. Die Lage ist toll, die Ausstattung grundsätzlich ebenfalls, es ist alles vorhanden was versprochen wird. Allerdings läßt der Pflegezustand und die Sauberkeit arg zu Wünschen übrig; teilweise sind auch die Mitarbeiter nicht so motiviert ihrer Arbeit nachzugehen wie man es erwartet. Im Zimmer war es NICHT sauber, die offensichtlichen Spinnweben schon verstaubt, diverse größere Staubansammlungen ...

„Das Ferienhaus war hervorragend. Der Empfang super herzlich, alles wurde sehr freundlich im verständlichen Englisch erklärt. Das Ferienhaus war vorgeheizt, die Betten bezogen, Handtücher im Bad und im Wohnzimmer leuchte sogar ein Tannenbaum. Das Highlight war der gefüllte, warme Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Ein Genuss. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal für einen längeren Zeitraum wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles und schöne Grüsse nach Freshwater.“

„We stayed in Haven Hall and had such a great experience there! The owner David came to greet us and showed us around his property which they renovated for 4 years prior to opening as a boutique hotel. The hotel has beautiful decor inside and a spectacular waterfront. We were asked in the evening what we wish for a breakfast on the next day and they made it exactly the way we requested. We wish we spend more days on the island and definitely would recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting ...
