„Excellent location for the seafront and old village with added convenience of parking on site. The space was perfect for my my 6 year old and I. Plenty of space in the kitchen and lounge. Big windows letting in lots of light. The mattress on the bed was some kind of magic as my daughter fidgets in her sleep but I didn't feel her moving at all!! The owners were very responsive to questions and messages prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again.“

„This flat is lovely, clean, light and airy. The location is fantastic - just swimsuit on and walk straight down to the beach! The flat had everything we needed. I chose this location for speedy access to the beach, buses to elsewhere on the Island, and food shops - all really close. For swimmers I recommend checking when high tide is, for me high tide is the best swim experience on Ventnor beach. Low tide you are wading through rocks a little bit, but don't let that put you off, you can still ...

„We followed our hosts directions to the parking spot and had no problems but it was tricky. The spot is small and you have to be kind and park close to your neighbour to leave space for other parking. The apartment was clean and spacious for the 4 of us and we were comfy. There are very few cooking supplies so bring what you need if your going to cook. Althought the apartment is comfy and in a lovely spot, there isn't a beach view but if you take short walk you'll be at the beach. “

„A very nice apartment with excellent sea views. Lounge/dining furniture a little tired but functional. Everything very clean.Guest guide book was not updated for 2026. There was guidance provided to connect a smart TV to the internet and how to access Netflix etc but the actual TV provided was made in 2008 and predated these facilities! Tried to contact the host regarding access door key instructions but call not returned. It would have been useful to have had small waste bins in the bedrooms ...

„It certainly was a cosy stay. Lovely and warm on entering which was good as it was sheeting rain as we arrived! The house is really well equipped, quiet and well located. The only negative things I’d say are that the furnishings and paintwork are looking a little tired in places. Curtains not hanging on hooks, paintwork chipped, bathroom needs some tlc, outside entrance area again just a bit scruffy but overall fine. “
