„My family and I had a fantastic time at Colonels Apartment. Right in front of the beach. Wake up to the sounds of the waves, had breakfast on the outside table in front of the house looking at the beach and then I crossed the main street and went for a swim on the gorgeous beach of Sandown, which by the way, is dog friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and was as described. Communication and organization was 100%. Will book again! “

„Apt was very large. Very clean. Had everything that you would need. Hosts extremely generous stocking up our apt with bread milk butter eggs cereals etc. shampoos conditioners showers etc all provided. Lovely garden to sit outside in. Gave suggestions on local beaches restaurants when asked them. Was sons 14 birthday when we stayed 30 May to 2 jun and hosts put bunting up in the garden and gave him present. Highly recommend “

It was deceptively spacious, the photos did not do the kitchen & living space justice, as we had an expectation that it would be a very small flat. It was very large and all the bedrooms had so much space. It goes without saying that the view was stunning, and the property had everything you needed. „We had a ground floor flat, parking was easy, dogs were accepted, and the flat was fully equipt if you wanted to self cater. There was a little bit of outside space which was enclosed and good for the dog. There were places to eat a short walk away, and a footpath to the beach“

„The location and price was really good, everything worked well, the beds were ok maybe an 8 out of 10 but for the price it was good. On arrival there was milk tea coffee sugar etc and a nice bottle of bubbles! Only one complaint was the early alarm at. Around 6:15 am every morning the pub close by would put out there empty bottles! „This flat is lovely, clean, light and airy. The location is fantastic - just swimsuit on and walk straight down to the beach! The flat had everything we needed. I chose this location for speedy access to the beach, buses to elsewhere on the Island, and food shops - all really close. For swimmers I recommend checking when high tide is, for me high tide is the best swim experience on Ventnor beach.
