"WiFi wasn't working when we arrived. I had to reboot the router. The TV wasn't working when we arrived. New batteries in the remote solved the problem. No other issues. We had a lovely holiday and the apartment has truly beautiful views down to the beach & out to sea. We would stay there again."

"I arrived and the boiler was not working. They weren't able to help. (they don't have anybody on site of the property ever. I had to try myself.) I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...

"My husband and I were travelling along the south coast of England visiting family. We stayed at Old Sefter School for two nights and were absolutely thrilled with everything about our stay. Carole and Tim were incredibly hospitable and ensured that everything was to our liking. We had everything we needed and enjoyed exploring the village and walking the beach. "The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and lovely garden. Milk,teabags, hot chocolate and coffee sachets there waiting for us which was a nice touch. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, lovely coastal walks and great food in the nearby pub 'The Lifeboat'. The couple that owned the property were lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend this holiday let and we hope to return."

"The property is amazing, perfectly clean and perfect in every way. It is just as advertised luxurious, every roomy with amazing big rooms finishes to a very high standard. Every room is perfect and very luxurious and big. It is in a perfect location as we'll to city center a very close walk 5 minutes. Everything you need is right there. "My kids live with their mother, which is 2 hours away, my daughter had a dance so we booked this hotel specifically to spend the day with my children because it's advertised as having a pool. It does have a pool, but you have to pay £5 per hour to use it per person AND there's lots of closed off times that you can't use the pool. None of this information is shared on Hotels.com. I would NOT have booked this room had I known that upfront"
