Step through the grand entrance hall and the tone is set immediately. High ceilings, exquisite period detailing and an effortless sense of scale run throughout the manor, balanced by thoughtfully curated interiors that feel both elegant and genuinely liveable. What We Love

One of the New Forest's most extraordinary exclusive-use estates.

Over 100 acres of private grounds, a swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, cinema room, gym and a dining room that seats 42.

13 bedrooms sleeping up to 25 adults across a stunning Georgian manor.

INSIDE
As soon as you step through the grand entrance hall, be prepared to stop in your tracks. High ceilings, sweeping proportions and an immediate sense of occasion, Efford Park Manor announces itself from the very first moment - whether you are arriving for a family holiday, a wedding, celebration or a corporate retreat.

The heart of the house is the stunning kitchen, complete with an AGA and everything a group could possibly need for communal cooking, morning coffees and late-night gatherings. It flows naturally into the dining room, where a softly glowing chandelier sets the scene for long, leisurely dinners together. There is enough space for the whole group here, and with a private chef available to hire, you do not even have to lift a finger.

When it is time to spread out, you really are spoiled for choice. The drawing room is made for afternoon tea, champagne receptions and easy conversation. The snug is perfect for quieter moments, a good book, a film, a nap on the sofa. The dining room can be converted to a meeting room, ideal for corporate days and conferences, while the Den - part cinema room, part party space, part yoga studio, becomes whatever your group needs it to be.

The bedrooms across the main house are beautifully appointed, with sumptuous bedding and bathrooms. There are four more bathrooms over in the Victorian wing. Whether your guests are family, friends, colleagues or a wedding party, little ones are very well catered for too, with flexible sleeping arrangements available throughout.

Lymington is just a short drive away, a charming Georgian market town brimming with independent restaurants, boutique shops and the bustling Saturday market. Beaulieu, Brockenhurst and the best of the New Forest are all within easy reach too.

We love that Efford Park Manor gives a large group the rare gift of genuine space, to gather together, to find a quiet corner, or simply to feel at home in somewhere truly extraordinary.

The Gym
When rest isn't quite on the agenda, Efford Park’s fully equipped gym lets you keep up your routine without leaving the estate. Whether you are starting the day with an early-morning session or winding down after an afternoon in the pool, the space is yours to use however suits you.

The Sauna
Step into the 8-person sauna and let the heat do its work. Quiet, unhurried and completely private, it is the kind of restorative experience that turns a good stay into a genuinely memorable one.

The Billiards Room
A proper billiards room, the kind that earns its place in a house like this. Whether you are settling a post-dinner score or simply looking for somewhere to gather, it sets the tone for a properly done evening.

The Den
Sink in and stay a while. The Den is Efford Park’s more relaxed corner, made for films, late nights and the kind of easy conversation that only happens when no one is in a hurry to be anywhere else.

OUTSIDE

Where to start - there is so much waiting for you outside at Efford Park Manor, and with over 100 acres of private grounds, you will never feel short of space.

The Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is one of the real jewels of Efford Park Manor, private, and available exclusively to your group throughout your stay. Whether it is early-morning lengths, an afternoon splash with the children, or an evening swim under the lights, it is yours to enjoy whenever you like.

The Hot Tub
For something a little more indulgent, the hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the New Forest. Settle in, look out over the grounds and let the evening take care of itself.

The Tennis Court
Challenge another guest to a match on the private tennis court. Rackets and balls available; competitive spirit not included, but strongly encouraged.

Table Tennis
Whether competitive, chaotic, or just a good excuse to get outside, the outdoor table tennis table has a way of bringing a group together without anyone having to plan it.

The Grounds
Beyond the facilities, the grounds themselves are something special. Over 100 acres of open countryside, lawns perfect for picnics, space for the children to run and a sense of privacy that is increasingly rare. Whether you want to explore, relax or simply breathe, it is all here.

All the Extras
And that is before we get to the extras. Efford Park Manor is full of the kind of details that turn a great stay into an unforgettable one. Challenge each other to a game of ping pong, gather around the BBQ for an alfresco feast on the terrace, or simply pull up a chair and soak up the peace of the New Forest countryside. With generous outdoor seating for the whole group, long lunches and lazy evenings outside come naturally here.

Over 100 acres of grounds mean there is always somewhere new to wander, and with a tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna all on-site, you may find you never want to leave.

Parking Room for up to 10-15 cars.

Home truths
*Please note upon booking that whilst the hot tub is open all-year-round, the pool is only open from May Half Term - September.
Efford Park Manor sleeps up to 25 across 13 bedrooms (plus 3 single sofa beds and 8 single trundle beds catering for an additional 11 children - this must be requested when booking)
The grounds are vast, and the house is grand, so there is a little more walking than at your average cottage! Pack comfortable shoes and embrace it.
Efford Park Manor is not a dog-friendly property. But with a pool, a sauna, a hot tub and 100 acres of grounds, we think you can forgive us.
And finally, the sauna, the pool and the hot tub are not extras. They are the reason people book a second time.
