„High quality property. Everything is spotless and to a high standard. Amazing bed sheets and bed. Some great toys for the kids. Highly recommended (and I NEVER leave reviews) “

„We had a great time, lovely neighborhood, location is easy access to needed items. Marvin is an excellent host. He responds right away with all questions. For a home that is 140 years old it is in excellent shape. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Big plus to be on the water. Thank you Marvin!“

„Good location for using bus and train, able to leave car on driveway. Nearby supermarkets. Comfortable, clean home, quiet area, extremely happy with our short break. Thank you.“

The property was in a severe state of disrepair: the door was detached from its hinges, the walls were unwashed, and the bedding had significant biological stains and unwashed pillowcases. Furthermore, there was a heavy, pervasive odor of tobacco smoke. As a diagnosed COPD patient, this ...
