The Space:

Sunlight pours over the heated pool as you step onto the patio, the gentle hum of waves from Palm Beach drifting in the breeze. You hear the hiss of the espresso machine and the clink of glasses on the kitchen bar, while the scent of fresh coffee mingles with salty air. A short stroll takes you to waterfront restaurants, then back to a private oasis where you can unwind on sunbathing loungers or settle into the outdoor living room for an evening under the stars.



**Sleeping Arrangements**

The master suite features a Luxury King Bed, an ensuite bathroom and a view of the backyard, plus a Smart TV. A Guest Suite offers a Luxury Queen Bed and Smart TV, while the second Guest Suite provides two Luxury twin beds and a Smart TV. Additional sleeping options include a couch, an air mattress, and a crib, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests, with six beds provided.



**Living Spaces**

The indoor dining room seats six, and the kitchen bar seats four, creating a relaxed setting for meals and conversation. The fully stocked kitchen, equipped with Starbucks espresso and drip coffee, an Insta‑Pot, blender, and mixology bar, is ready for home‑cooked feasts. High‑speed internet and a dedicated office space make it easy to work remotely.



**Outdoor Oasis**

Step outside to a heated pool (additional costs may apply) surrounded by loungers for sunbathing. The outdoor living room invites you to gather for sunset drinks, while the poolside area is perfect for a refreshing dip after a surf session at Palm Beach.



**Concierge Service**

A complimentary concierge is available to arrange transportation, spa services, a private chef, pre‑stocked fridge, babysitting, and more, ensuring a seamless stay.



**Basic Amenities**

Hair dryers, organic shampoo and conditioner, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap and other essentials are provided, so you can travel light.



**Neighborhood**

Walk to Darbster on the water, Bud’s Chicken and Seafood, Winn‑Dixie Grocery and Planet Fitness. The inter‑coastal beach off Flagler Drive is just steps away. A short drive brings you to West Palm Beach Golf Course (5 min), Mar‑a‑Lago (7 min), Palm Beach Island (10 min), downtown West Palm (13 min), Worth Avenue shopping (13 min), and attractions such as The Breakers, Palm Beach Zoo, and the Cox Science Center.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines.



Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals which provide a service to their owners, for example seeing eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies.



Pool Heating Details

- Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate of $125 per night.

- The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. As the pools are outside we have them set for 87 degrees, but as the temps drop so do the pools, especially if it is raining.

- We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature.

- To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.



Please Note: If the police need to be called to the property for complaints of any kind, we will ask you and your guests to leave without refund.



Thank you for following our house rules:

No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.



Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.

No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 7 people are allowed in the house.



Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.

Good to Know!

Your stay is covered by Wavio Insurance. If something accidentally breaks or gets ruined, don't worry about it. Just let us know and we will process it through our insurance.

Up to $5,000 is covered during your stay, through your one time fee of $129 included in your reservation.



Concierge services, including grocery delivery, photography, home chef's, car rentals, car detailing and the like, are provided by 3rd party vendors.
