„The unit is simple, quaint, & super practical for a stay in Hoboken. We stayed for 3 days to visit our daughter for her birthday. NYC is a 25 min bus or train ride. We used Uber to American Dream. Unit was clean, & AJ is super responsive. We plan to stay again! “

„This place was just want we wanted.. a place close but far from the city for us to get to everyday. We drove into the city 30 mins or less. Shopping center and supermarkets nearby. Nice neighborhood. Had 2ft unit and top floor. Our boys loved the bunk beds and all the TVs already had hook up to Netflix Disney etc. .. only note make sure to bring extension bc there are not nightstands in the rooms to plug in your phones and rest them at night. Other than that would def stay there again .  ...

„Everything about our stay was beyond perfect! The house is gorgeous and the rooftop patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and wind in the evening. Lots of restaurants and parks nearby and it was super easy to use public transportation from there. We will for sure stay again on future trips! “

„Unser Aufenthalt war ein bisschen enttäuschend. Zunächst einmal hatten wir eine „echte“ Ferienwohnung erwartet und nicht eine normalerweise vom Eigentümer genutzte Wohnung. Auch dass die Wohnung insgesamt einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck machte, war nicht so sehr das Problem, sondern eher, dass sie nicht ganz unseren Sauberkeitsstandards entsprach (das einzige Geschirr, das wir benutzt haben, waren 4 Gläser, und die mussten erst einmal gründlich gespült werden). Wir hatten die Wohnung ...

„We enjoyed our trip to NYC. Our host was very kind and friendly. The appartment was nice, well equiped but just a little bit cold. The central heating was set too low. But portable heaters allowed us to warm up two rooms. Basically we can recommend a stay in this appartment.“
