You can hear the river from the bedroom, use the front deck, grill out, and have complete privacy. While the homeowner lives next door, the walls are soundproofed, and the apartment is completely independent.

One queen bed (upstairs) and one king sleeper (downstairs) make this a warm, wonderful getaway that can be tailored to your needs, whether it's for a week, a month, or even longer. Short visits of 3 days are also possible, offering you the flexibility to plan your stay at your convenience.
