„This property was just as descriped and pictured on the site. There's tons of natural lighting. More than enough space to accommodate a large party. Clean, bright and the communication between us and the owners we second to none. Cleanbright. “

„We had a party of 8 and we truly enjoyed the “Compound”. We enjoyed 5 houses on an acre lot. The place was clean, quiet and recently renovated. Bathrooms were extremely nice and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that needs addressing is the WiFi. The signal was very weak in some of the cottages, and we made it work. Also no way to watch regular tv channels. They did have Apple TV and most shows were not free. Still, 5 stars to this place and definitely would highly recommend for ...

„We really enjoyed our stay in Miami. This house accommodated my large family and the property manager was very attentive to our needs specially traveling with infants and children. The neighborhood was good close to restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool illuminated at night really set the party scene. Thank you for a great stay. “

„Amazing stay me and friends had a really fun time in there, we swam and had the necessary stuff to cook on the grill, place was extremely clean and the pool table was the best part!! There was not a single minute in the stay where someone wasn’t using it. The host responded really fast with whatever I needed and I recommend 10/10!!“

„This is a great house for a large group. The back yard with pool and hot tub is phenomenal, and the neighborhood is nice and feels safe. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the lighting could be a bit better (all top-down lighting/no lamps), but that's about it.“

The only downfall was difficulting getting a response from the host in preparation of our stay. I had a few questions and had to reach out numerous times before getting a response. „An ideal spot for a fun weekend with friends - spacious living & pool area, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Super easy to get into Wynwood and downtown, yet set on a quiet street perfect for recharging after a night out. 10/10 would stay again!“

„Location was relatively close to everything we needed, 15 minute or less drive which was awesome! I would suggest changing the description of the house a little bit, it said 2 twin beds and while they are technically beds, I think people should know going into it that they are air mattresses. Also, when I read hot tub, I figured it was an actual hot tub, not a tub in the bathroom that has jets. So I’d maybe change that description so people know that before going into the house. „We booked this property for my bachelor party, and were extremely happy with how everything worked out. Plenty of beds and rooms for our party of about 12 guests. Had all the right amenities, the best being the pool. The property manager, Eduardo, was very helpful through the entire process. Would recommend for any big group of friends looking to have a good time!“

„House was more than ample for our stay. Great that it’s all on one floor as we had an 11 month old and three year old with us. Back yard oasis was wonderful w pool and hot tub and grassy area. Plenty of shade. Lots of info provided and when I texted w a question, I heard right back. Close to beach and many activities.“
