„Superbe hôtel, propre et au goût du jour (comme sur les photos). Le personnel super sympathique et il offre des déjeunés (non inclus) le matin. Par contre loin de tout, nous avons l'option de louer un vélo mais les routes sont en mauvais état dans ce secteur donc c'était plus ou moins pratique. Mais sinon pour le prix ça en vaut la peine! “

Cons: molt on tents (everything here has molt, it's inevitable with the environment). The first night it was difficult to sleep. The lack in being able to take a shower when we wanted - no hot water. We had to wait on the water tanks to refill. That was inconvenient but overall not a big deal. Overall, great ...

Besides being directly on the beach, it is very close to many good bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and will book again if I am back in Tulum. “

„The clean hotel currently operates 4 rooms and has been newly opened in Feb.2015. The young owners are very helpful and ready to learn what is best for the customer. I would be unfair to critisize the minor flaws shortly after the opening. The place is a good starting point to visit the nearby Maya ruins (4-5 km) in the morning (opens at 8 AM) before the crowds including bikes and rikschas start to flood the place after 10 AM. A good restaurant is reached after a 5 minutes drive towards the town ...

„Javier was so friendly. The Aunty who makes breakfast was also super sweet. The two of them made us feel very welcome. The room was nice and clean. Probably one of the nicest budget places I've stayed. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. We love you Javier!“

„Si vous ne voulez pas dormir, allez-y ! Une literie des plus horribles où vous avez les ressorts du matelas qui vous casse le dos, les jambes et les épaules. Et ce n'est pas une exception car tous les matelas du dortoir étaient semblable. Le petit déjeuner se résume en une tasse de café avec 2 toasts confiture OU un bol de fruits.“

„It was in a great location. We stayed inside a jungle in a cabin like room. However they need to improve the services and amenities inside the room. It has lack of lighting, one fan at the corner is not sufficient, no paper towel, bin inside the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner other than the body wash. The bed was stinky, not enough hangers. Overall the amenities need to be improved a lot based on the rent they are charging.“

„This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area.“
