Check this place out!

The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with and take care of anything that’s needed to make your stay pleasant. My family stayed here and enjoyed the theater room watching movies and the hot tub as well. David and his wife are nice folks and made our stay a good one. The place Has everything ya need to feel Like you’re hime. Check em out if you need a place to stay while in Chattanooga 👍

Softball stay

Great area to stay if playing softball. Close to great food, sights, and good hikes. Hottub area was also great to come back too!

In the country

Very quaint little cottage in a very rural area. Beautiful landscape. Nice back yard set up. Our AC went out the last night we were there and the owner was kind enough to move us to a different location. Very responsive!

Pleasant get away

It was a lovely little get away. Homey and quite. It’s not perfect, but for the price it’s great. Movie room is awesome and the outdoor area, heavenly. I’d stay again without hesitation.

Great location, nice amenities

The house has easy access to Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain, but is far enough away to feel quiet and private. Entertainment center and hot tub worked great. We would stay here again.

Family vacation

This was a great experience. First time on family vacation and this house had what we needed . Enjoyed the outdoor patio and it was tucked away and not very far from the city. The only downfall was the water pressure.

Comforts of home 20 min outside of Chattanooga

This property was clean and beds we’re comfortable. The hot tub was a nice bonus. We enjoyed it but will stay closer to town next time!

Lovely little getaway

This was the perfect “home base” for our short trips into Chattanooga. Main place for getting groceries was fort Oglethorpe and it had everything you’d need. Even though we only went into Chattanooga for a couple adventures there was so much more we could do next time. The kids enjoyed playing video games on the bigger tv (we brought our switch) and the oldest watched some movies she hadn’t seen in a while (we are movie buffs so we have a lot of movies at home too). The hot tub was nice to relax even when it rained the first night we still sat outside for dinner. The bushes are grown more than in the pictures so it made it a little harder to get to the grass area for the dogs. But all in all it was a lovely little getaway and we hope to visit again sometime.

Get a way from it all.

Nice and Quiet Location. Close to Chattanooga, Cloundland State Park and The Incline Railway. Really enjoyed the Hot Tub and Privacy. Having a Charcoal Grill was a plus. Older Duplex but nice and clean. Movies room was relaxing too.

Amazing Weekend

Our family rented both units. We stayed in unit A. It was clean and cozy. We spent many hours outside on the back patio. Kids loved the hot tub. We had a great time and would love to visit again.

Nice, quiet, cozy. Short drive to area attractions.

We chose this rental because as a family of 4 with a dog we felt we needed the extra space that a hotel room cannot provide. We definitely made the right decision! When traveling with kids, it is so helpful to have space for them to play (inside and outside), washer and dryer for the clothes that get wet and dirty, and a kitchen to prepare breakfast or a quick meal. It was a short drive past scenic farm land to everything we wanted to do (St. Elmo playground, grocery store and restaurants, and Lookout Mtn 10-15 min away) (downtown Chatt 20-25 min). We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit and the movie room after sightseeing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner provided several nice touches that were unexpected! They provided coffee maker, filters, coffee grounds and powder creamer. There was liquid hand soap, dish soap, bar soap, and clothes detergent! Bring your own toiletries. They had paper towels and 3 rolls of tp. Hot tub was on and ready to go - easy to operate. Fire wood was provided (bring a lighter and a fire starter!). Bring your own wine glasses. The bathroom could use an update, but it all worked fine. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was so understanding when I messed up the dates of our trip and he allowed us to add on an extra night with no problems. He was so nice about it! I would definitely recommend this place. It is not meant to be a luxury vacation home. It feels more like staying at a friend's house.

Great Getaway

Wife and I were looking for a remote cabin near Chattanooga for a short getaway. Very pleased with the area. Very quiet and comfortable stay. A few nearby neighbors but never seen or heard anything. Place was nice will full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a nice outdoor area with hot tub. Would definitely stay again if in area.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained and clean. Heads up, neighborhood dogs like to come by and visit the backyard. The pups are very sweet and friendly. We loved being able to have our dog with us and then she made new feiends! Thanks for a great stay!

Cabin feel with modern highlights

We really enjoyed our stay, and everything was as described. The outdoor area and movie room were highlights, and very popular with our kids! The location is not far from Cloudland Canyon and downtown Chattanooga which made it convenient to get to both. There is also a nice grocery store (Food City) within 15 minutes drive. We had a great time and would absolutely book again if in the area.
