„This house is in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to enjoy in Newport. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it again the whole stay. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to relax and they even serve homemade baked goods for breakfast. This is the second time I have stayed at Admiral Syms house and will definitely be back.“

„Danna and Douglas were absolutely wonderful hosts! The space was clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the garden views were serene, and they were so welcoming and friendly. "Das Hotel befindet sich im Umbau. Die Lobby war nicht ganz fertig, das Zimmer war überwiegend fertig. Der Mensch an der Rezeption war nicht besonders auskunftsfreudig. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels. Da zum Hotel eine Bar eröffnet wurde, waren zum einen Parkplätze schlecht zu bekommen und zum anderen war es recht laut. Man hatte an einem Foodtruck im Hinterhof, neben der Bar, Essen bekommen können. Das haben wir nicht getan, die Zubereitung wirkte nicht hygienisch. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl! Ich könnte mir zwar vorstellen, dass das Hotel fertig renoviert seht schön wird, ich würde dort aber nicht wieder übernachten."
