„Such a sweet suite where attention has been given to every detail… From the cozy coastal decor, comfy bed, great books on the history of the area and binder of places to go and things to do to the kitchen area stocked with utensils, paper goods, coffee pods and teabags. „This house is in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to enjoy in Newport. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it again the whole stay. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to relax and they even serve homemade baked goods for breakfast. This is the second time I have stayed at Admiral Syms house and will definitely be back.“

„Pamela’s home in Little Compton was such a wonderful find. It had absolutely everything we could have needed, no matter the age, from my three-year-old who had such a blast he didn’t want to leave to the adults in our group who felt so comfortable and cared for. „Stay away! Our experience was awful and led to our immediate departure from the property. We checked in and found the assigned condo to be in an unacceptable, uninhabitable condition. The unit was run down, and we discovered significant cleanliness issues including pubic hair on the toilet and in the shower, mold around the shower tub drain and behind a toilet, unclean sinks, and badly stained kitchen chairs. The entire unit had a pervasive, awful damp and musty smell, and the furniture was old ...

„Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. Highly recommend! “

„Great location and wonderful stay! Close to everything, including the free #67 bus (in between 2 of the stops), 15-minute walk to 2 grocery stores, darling restaurants and pubs are a block away. Quiet location and spacious for a family of 4. The only small issue was the laundry; it is onsite but not in the unit, you will need to bring quarters and detergent. Newport was one stop on our trip and doing laundry was a key reason for choosing the unit. Other than that, I would not hesitate to book ...

Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future“

„We had a fantastic stay at "The Wakefield". Our extended family of 15 people from ages of 18 to 90 and two small dogs had a fabulous time. The location was fantastic. It is within a couple blocks of downtown Wakefield with its cute shops, art studios, WWII museum and Brinkley's ice cream and it is just a half-hour to Newport for fun day excursions, and within 10 minutes to some wonderful RI Beaches. "Das Hotel befindet sich im Umbau. Die Lobby war nicht ganz fertig, das Zimmer war überwiegend fertig. Der Mensch an der Rezeption war nicht besonders auskunftsfreudig. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels. Da zum Hotel eine Bar eröffnet wurde, waren zum einen Parkplätze schlecht zu bekommen und zum anderen war es recht laut. Man hatte an einem Foodtruck im Hinterhof, neben der Bar, Essen bekommen können. Das haben wir nicht getan, die Zubereitung wirkte nicht hygienisch. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl! Ich könnte mir zwar vorstellen, dass das Hotel fertig renoviert seht schön wird, ich würde dort aber nicht wieder übernachten."
