El Volcan de Masdache, Apartment 1

Casa Volcan Masdache Apartment 1 is a modern vacation home located in the prestigious area of Playa Chica in Puerto del Carmen. It is a very comfortable, spacious, and cozy place. It offers partial sea views looking from the glass gallery which we call "gallery terrace" towards the horizon and the beach is just a few minute walk from the house, Playa Chica. All the local entertainment is nearby, making it perfect for spending days in this house.

There is no exterior terrace or balcony in open air.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with showers equipped with a hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and quality amenities (gel/shampoo and body lotion dispensers), a spacious living room with TV featuring English and European channels, Wi-Fi, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist area of Lanzarote. It offers more than 6 km of calm waters beaches, ideal for diving. Along the sea, there is an avenue with all kinds of tourist services, shops, cafes, and a wide variety of restaurants.

Air Conditioning:
Equipped with air conditioning in the dining and living areas, it is available for use through a provided coin meter, where you can recharge at your own cost as often as needed to obtain cool/warm airflow.

WELCOME:
We request arrival details to organize the welcome. Whenever possible, we greet our guests at the house door, do a brief check-in, and provide a welcome package (water, milk, coffee and tea sachets, sweet cookies, savory biscuits, ½ bottle of Lanzarote wine, and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations about the island and contact numbers for assistance and information. We address any questions you have and are available 24 hours for anything you might need. For the little ones, we offer a Baby Pack (cot, high chair, portable bathtub, cot sheets, blanket, towel, shower kit, and child-friendly dishes) at an additional cost, which should be requested before arrival.

CLEANING:
The house is delivered clean with bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen cloths. In the bathroom: hand soap bar, moisturizing cream dispenser, and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally, we provide an extra set of bath towels and bed linens. This cleaning service has a fixed cost. If you desire extra cleaning service during your stay, you just need to ask.

CAR RENTAL:
I recommend renting a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is high demand. We work with a reputable company on the island, and for the reserved dates, I can organize and reserve a car with special conditions, including taxes, free cancellation, no need for advance payment, full insurance, no fuel cost, unlimited mileage, and a second driver at no extra charge.
