„We loved being on the water. Being able to walk out the front door and fish was great. Our host was very responsive, almost like sitting across the table. It was so convenient rafting up to the houseboat with our boat. The night sounds on the lake were so nice - owls and other birds. We liked being next to Johnson's Marina. The people there are a great help if you're not familiar with the lake.“

"Overall, this is a very nice hotel with a high-quality feel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and well maintained. Unfortunately, our stay was a bit mixed. First, we were assigned a room that had not yet been prepared. These things can happen, but ideally they shouldn’t. The staff quickly gave us another room instead. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very poor, at least on the 4th floor where we stayed. Later that evening, we noticed that the shower hose was damaged and sprayed water in all directions. It wasn’t a major issue since it was still possible to take a shower, and these things can happen—but again, they really shouldn’t. The next morning, we informed the reception and asked for it to be repaired. However, when we returned in the evening, the problem had still not been fixed and the shower hose was still defective. Again, we could still use the shower, so it wasn’t a huge problem, but it should have been taken care of. That said, it is a lovely hotel overall—beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it, and hopefully by then the Wi-Fi connection and the shower hose will have been improved as well. 😎"
