„This hotel is really close to being 5 stars. The front desk and management are very friendly and helpful. My experience: I had traveled 7.5 hours , checked into my room at 8:30pm. Problem was that nothing was cleaned The room that was supposed to be ready at 3pm was not attended to even at 8:30 pm. Missed my dinner reservation to wait another 30 minutes for my room to be cleaned. Which pretty much the bed was made and fresh towels. Definitely no wipe down or vacuuming. I was just going to ...
