La Quinta Inn & Suites, Waller

„I’ve stayed here twice in a two week span. Both times my experience was the same. It was even the same guy at the front desk. There’s nothing fancy about this hotel. It’s clean which is the most important to me. The rooms are basic, but clean as I mentioned. The free breakfast is a nice perk. No complaints there. The only slight is that there’s no bar. There’s an area for it which makes me think it might have been one at one time but not anymore.“

„Do not pay a cash deposit! The front desk claimed they “forgot” to collect my $50 deposit, and said they didn’t have my deposit on record even though I had already paid it.“

„Room was so humid that the carpet was wet. Remote did not work--could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I checked out early and found a new hotel.“

„The windows could not be opened, and the A/C was very noisy. That means either you have sticky air, or you suffer from A/C noise. Breakfast is poor. Everything else is average. Staff is nice.“
