„Very nice place, super clean, spacious, beautiful view. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash..amazing. They have everything needed for staying a couple of days. Dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablet, paper towel. The towels, sheets and blankets are very white and smell good. The only thing I would suggest is to put an extra blanket in the property, they only have 2 in a place designed for 4 people. Other than that, perfect place. “

„This is the best VRBO experience we’ve had. Excellent communication with the property owner from booking until the end of our stay. The property is very nice, in a gated community - just a 10 minute walk to the strip. Property & unit are very well maintained. Staff at property friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend. If we come back again -we will stay at this property. It was a relaxing stay & not as crazy as being directly on the strip. “

„Amazing balcony views! Room was nice, clean and quiet. Guest services were amazing and is the best bet if you want to be very close to the strip without being in a gaming hotel. Enclosed walkway from our room in to the MGM casino took maybe 6 minutes. Definitely will be staying here again!!“

„This was a great room and was exactly as described. Honestly, I was expecting a typical hotel style room, but it was much better - very large living space and bathroom, nice amenities like large fridge, microwave, stove, etc. The bathroom was very nice with a large shower that had great pressure and good supply of hot water. The view was not the greatest, but that was not important to us. Also, you are pretty far from most things - casino, pool, restaurants, etc. So be prepared to walk. I ...

„Apartment im Luxus-Hotel-Tower Signature. Alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Auto-Parking-Valet inklusive, freier Zutritt zum großen MGM-Pool, schönes geräumiges Appartment mit Whirlpool im Bad. Das rechte Doppel- Waschbecken war jedoch total voller Asche, als hätte jemand einen Aschenbecher ausgeleert. Die Küche schien bisher nicht in Benutzung zu sein, es fehlten jegliche Utensilien, wie Salz, Pfeffer, ….Abtrockentuch…“

„My wife and I came to Las Vegas for the first time and I’m so glad we found the signature. The room was amazing with amazing views. Check in was a breeze and it was just a short drive from the airport. For us the signature was perfect because it was more laid back without a lot of noise and traffic but close enough to all the attractions. We look forward to visiting again!“

„My husband and I found the condo to be relaxing and convenient to pretty much everything. It was clean and comfortable. Being on the second floor was much nicer than we thought it would be. We were so happy the speed walkways were in the hallways between tower 1 and MGM Grand as it would be a 15 minute walk from the elevator in tower 3 to the lazy river otherwise. Make sure to pick up a 42 or 46 inch float at Target or Walmart to use in the lazy river. The floats were 30-40 each and 10 to blow ...

„The managers were super communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had! The room was comfortable and perfectly placed on the strip. Loved that it was quiet and clean!“

„What I loved most about this trip was the communication I had Louis. He was very sweet and understanding. Besides that the room was very lovely, the front desk was very nice, understanding. We had no complaints about the room, we were able to celebrate our Wedding the exact way we wanted to. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much “

„We were in town for a conference at the MGM Grand. We needed a one bedroom with a space for a friend who stayed with us and this was perfect! It was so convenient to be in Tower 1 for the walk to the arena, etc. And perfect place to get away from the smoke and hustle and bustle. Rafael was a great host and always got back to me quickly with any questions or needs we had. The suite was well supplied. We are planning to stay again as it was perfect! Thank you Rafael!“

"Sehr grosszügige und praktisch eingerichtete Suiten. Alles in gutem Zustand. Flugplatz Nähe und Essen/Trinken zu Fuss erreichbar. Grosser Parkplatz und schöner Pool. Leider konnten wir keinen „Late Checkout“ erhalten."

Great hotel, close to rental car center

"This newly opened hotel offers spacious, modern rooms and exceptionally welcoming staff. Its location is ideal for travelers arriving at or departing from Las Vegas Airport, with the Rental Car Center just minutes away. While the property does not feature a pool, the guest rooms are impressively large, stylishly designed, and equipped with thoughtful amenities such as wireless charging stations and ample power outlets. The complimentary breakfast provided a wide variety of options and was a pleasant way to start the day. However, the use of plastic cutlery and single-use items was a notable downside from a sustainability perspective. We felt genuinely at home during our stay, thanks in large part to Manny at the front desk, whose warm hospitality made a lasting impression."
