„Wir waren bereits 5 mal auf Treasure island, in verschiedenen Unterkünften. Diese Unterkunft war sauber, das Personal freundlich und zuverlässig, die Wohnung war neuwertig eingerichtet. Das haben wir woanders schon mal anders erlebt. Zurecht 4 bis 5 Sterne. Preis und Leistung gehen in Ordnung. “

„Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, sauber und es gab einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft hatte einen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Es scheint sich um eine Wohnanlage zu handeln, wo die einzelnen Wohnungen durch die Eigentümer vermietet werden. Alles ist sehr anonym. Irreführend war der Hinweis auf dem Gelände auf ein Büro (Office) - das gar nicht existiert. Ich dachte, dass man sich dort anmelden muss. Das ging aber nicht nur mir so, sondern auch ...

„The condo was very nice and clean. There was a smell to the condo when we arrived. It got better as time went on but it smelled like sour laundry. We also had issues with the sliding glass doors. There is a metal plate along the bottom which we all tripped on at least once during our stay. My friend actually fell and hurt her wrist. For the most part we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent gain. “

„Everything was great. I just had to figure out for myself that there was an office and where to get a key. There was never a second email telling me how to do so but when I got on property, it was very easy. I just normally get an email telling me a code or a lock box or something And if I missed it then I’m sorry for saying so but I looked back and could not find any emails.“

„This condo is fantastic! The decor is, of course, beach themed with soft and fluffy all white bed linens, a spacious living room/ dining area, and a well stocked galley kitchen. There is NO dishwasher but that was fine with light cooking for a few days. We appreciated finding beach item to use (beach towels, chairs, and an expandable wagon). This is our 2nd visit to this property and we love the close proxemity to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We definitely loved our accommodations!“

„We stayed with family in several units on this property and ours was by far the best. It was cozy with that home feel and personal touch from the moment we arrived. All appliances were in working order parking was easy and Gregg was amazing and made sure my family and I were taken care of (since I was stuck working the day we were to check in and arrived later). „The property and location was FABULOUS!!! It had everything we needed to make our stay AMAZING! We cannot wait to come back and there was an offer for return guests as well as referrals but it was out of business cards which had the necessary contact information so I would love to get that and would also like to know if you own any other properties for the rest of our family to join us? “

„Condo was spotless, well stocked, hotel amenities were a plus. Beach chais, umbrellas, and towels were a great addition for beach days.“

"Große, voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Zugang zum Traumstrand direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das EG ist in der kompletten Anlage nach einem Hurrikan noch nicht wieder „in Betrieb“ (es gibt aber dadurch keine Beeinträchtigungen“. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man dem Mobiliar anmerkt. Die Matratzen in unserer Wohnung hatten die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Da kein Frühstück angeboten wird, haben wir auf Eigenverpflegung umgestellt und dabei abends die erstaunlich sauberen, öffentlichen Grills genutzt. "
