„Surf and Sand is a quaint place in a perfect location along the beach. It’s a five minute walk to the beach and a handful of great restaurants, shops, cafes and more! I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Clearwater beach that needs a reliable, safe, and comfortable home to relax. „What a gem! This vacation rental was perfect for us. Perfect location and close to EVERYTHING. Our room was super clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. The outdoor patio was ideal to watch the boats in the waterways and enjoy a cocktail in the evenings. We could walk to the beach, only 2 blocks! The hosts are super easy to communicate with as well. Looking forward to staying here again.“

„We had a great time staying at this cute property. I can’t say more about the location and having chairs and umbrella available for us to take to the beach was a bonus! Was able to take our dog with us who enjoyed swimming for the first time in the ocean and play with the other dogs which were plenty out there.Everyone on the beach were super friendly as well and it was like hanging out with old friends. „Anna was absolutely amazing! She made sure everything was flawless upon our arrival. Through some complications with our trip she was an absolute hero! Communication with her was excellent! Very fast and helpful responses! The property was very safe very quiet. Pool was well maintained inside and the perimeter! The bed is so comfy I almost extended my trip! It wasn’t sticky and muggy like most places in the area. I will definitely be back again and again!“

„Our family comes for vacation and stays at a large resort close by and it is too much noise and people for us, so, being local to the Tampa area, we opted for a less expensive, off the main street, and found this cute little place .4 miles away. The bathroom is a little dingy and old and the place can use a paint job, but it was really quiet and right on the channel. There is even a "watch out for manatees" sign at the end of the dock. „Everything was just as advertised. Very cozy very quiet very clean at was just what I thought it would be. You will have to walk away to get to the main places, but that’s fine. If you’re an older couple, you might want to get a scooter or something because there is a lot of walking but it’s worth it. If you just want to drink beer and sit on the beach? It’s the perfect spot. Joseph was great kept in great touch the whole time I was there. “

"Große, voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Zugang zum Traumstrand direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das EG ist in der kompletten Anlage nach einem Hurrikan noch nicht wieder „in Betrieb“ (es gibt aber dadurch keine Beeinträchtigungen“. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man dem Mobiliar anmerkt. Die Matratzen in unserer Wohnung hatten die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Da kein Frühstück angeboten wird, haben wir auf Eigenverpflegung umgestellt und dabei abends die erstaunlich sauberen, öffentlichen Grills genutzt. "
