„Great location with a fantastic view of the bay.
Room: Certainly the least Japanese hotel experience in our stay: it is a Hilton, furniture, carpeted floors, … love it or leave it.
Small gym with a nice view. Access to the pool is not included; you need to buy Spa access (approx. Yen 3500, quite pricey for a short swim).
Very crowded breakfast with lines to wait to be admitted.
Nobody at the reception at 6:15 AM for checkout or to help with luggage.“

The breakfast buffet was okay food wise, nothing special except that they provide plastic cutlery which in my opinion is unacceptable even for a 3 star. Upon check-in the guest is made to do the job of the receptionist, you are forced to scan your passports, mention addresses, personal phone numbers and what ...

„Such a great place! Everything felt brand new, the staff was great and helped us with our luggage and storage.
They had toys that we could borrow to the room that the kids loved. Perfect for them to keep occupied in the room.
The beds were the most comfortable we had all our trip in Japan.
Would love to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo.“
