We chose this hotel for our last night in Japan during a recent three week visit to the country and thoroughly enjoyed the location for the magnificent view of the Tokyo skyline and the Rainbow Bridge. We booked two rooms on the executive floor with a view of the bridge, and also really enjoyed walking along the waterfront and the Odaiba environs during our stay where there is much to see and do, in a breezy, airy, and far less crowded area of Tokyo. The hotel itself is beautiful but dated in its decor and fixtures. The staff were exceptionally kind and gracious. We were surprised that the executive lounge hours were somewhat limited and early to close in our opinion. The included breakfast was memorable for the view from the 30th floor only, the food (we chose the Western breakfast) was not to our taste. However our children took the breakfast at the sushi restaurant and enjoyed it, and the service/chef, very much. Rooms are spacious, pool is OK, the change rooms with Japanese bath are quite nice with good amenities to relax and do a little self-care. My husband enjoyed the virtual golf in the health club. Despite the minor drawbacks noted above, the fantastic location and the lovely staff still make me recommend this hotel, especially if you want to be relatively close to Haneda airport. I felt this was the perfect hotel to spend our final night in Tokyo, with its breathtaking location and views. My four stars reflect the fact that the hotel could amp up the value.
