„We had a lovely stay. Our hosts sent messages leading up to our trip with information about events in the area. Our host was also available via text message to answer any questions. The house was great and just as described. We comfortably slept 2 couples (mom & dad and the grandparents) and our 3 kids. The deck was perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing. Easy access to Pinecrest Lake- the reason for our trip!“

„We greatly enjoyed the house and close proximity to Bear Valley Ski Resort. We have young kids so we needed a close place in the event we had meltdowns at the slopes and needed to go back early. This was perfect. Lots of space and outdoor areas to explore far enough away from the highway. It's a short hike up to the house but just reframe as a workout and it does the trick. We'll definitely stay here again.“

„Everything was great except the lock on the front door was extremely difficult. On the second and third days we decided to leave the door unlocked, fearing if we were able to get it locked we would probably be locked out when we returned. When we left for good on the fourth day we were unable to lock the door so left the properly unlocked.“

„The property truly does not have any Wi-Fi or cell service. That was not a dealbreaker for me, but for entertainment, you are limited to the DVD collection that the owner has which is very large. The loft was huge and it served as a nice place for my son to play his video games. There is a beautiful view of the lake. It was very close to the snow and very cozy. Everything was clean. What I liked the most about the owner is that the place is stocked with firewood, and there was even firestarter ...

„The cabin was very nice and roomy. Plenty of room for all 18 of us. Very clean with all the amenities. Very organized spacious kitchen and provided plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. We loved our stay. There was fun to be had by all of us. We were a group with age range from 3 to 93. The location is right off the main highway with plenty of parking. “

The place was absolutely clean and even the sheets felt clean. I am very particular with cleanliness and I was genuinely satisfied with how they’ve maintained this property. „Beautiful cozy home. We awoke to a blanket of snow....magical. Great location for a quick drive to skiing at Bear Valley. And an easy drive the other direction for a day in Murphys. I was concerned on arrival about the temperature in the home. But quickly warmed up with wall heaters and cozy wood-burning stove. Thank you, Marta! “

Rush Creek Lodge and Spa at Yosemite

10/10 Hervorragend

" Wir haben uns in dieser (riesigen) Lodge sehr wohl gefühlt!! Unser Zweibettzimmer mit Balkon war sehr sauber und geräumig, das Bad modern und die Dusche ziemlich groß, herrlich! Leider haben wir auch hier (wie so oft in den USA) in der Dusche eine Handbrause vermisst! Auf dem gesamten Gelände wird sehr viel geboten, es gibt einen tollen großen Außen- Pool, einen Whirlpool nebenan, unzählige Spielmöglichkeiten im Freien, wie Boule bzw. Boccia, das Spiel „Vier gewinnt“, verschiedene Rutschen usw. Ein separates Gebäude mit Aufenthaltsraum (mit offenem Kamin) für die Gäste, ein Restaurant, ein großes Spielzimmer (Klettern, Kicker und Shuffleboard spielen möglich). Ganz toll fanden wir auch die „S’mores“ (jeden Abend!) am Lagerfeuer! Die Graham Cracker, Marshmallows und Schokolade, sowie Teleskop-Gabeln zum Aufstecken der Marshmallows, konnte man sich kostenfrei holen. Wir hatten leider nur zwei Übernachtungen, wären gerne viel länger geblieben!! Diese Lodge ist ideal für Familien. Wir werden sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen :)"
