„The check in experience was absolutely horrible to say the least. I've never had to wait for over an hour and a half to check in to a room before in my life because the room "was not ready". We asked for early check in which is between 2-4pm and asked to be on the same floor. Our entire group arrived before 4 pm and we all had to wait for our rooms and couldn't be guaranteed a room until 8pm!!! None of us were even on the same floor in the new Buffalo Tower. „All in all a standard hotel. The beds were cozy and the AC reliable in the summer heat. The swimming pool was nice and our son really enjoyed the warm water. The breakfast was good and our son was fascinated by the pancake maker. The only aspect we did not like was the non-reusable plates / cutlery for the breakfast.“

„The hot tub was not working, and we were disappointed, since we came here to take a weekend to relax. The staff was so kind to switch our room to a jacuzzi suite. Bonus! Privacy, and no chlorine! They truly went above and beyond to help resolve our issue.Thank you all! “

„The staff at check in was great! Very friendly and efficient. The hotel looks nice at the main entrance and my kids loved the pool. Otherwise was rather run down everywhere else... The water temperature for the showers fluctuates, there's no drain plugs if you want to take a bath, the microwave in one of our rooms had no glass tray inside, and the breakfast was mediocre with the juice dispensers not working and butter sliced from sticks and put in to mini muffin cups and other... Odd things like ...
