„A little tough to check in not knowing about the open door and the hidden key by the fireplace. We thought it would take two days to get an answer, just like the questions I had earlier during booking that took more than a day to answer. Also, I got sick with cancer, and no longer mobile. I could not go along on the trip to use my Vrbo App in the family’s presence. No one else in the family that was there could use the App. It was in my name only.“

„Stephanie, the host was really great and very responsive. We needed the location close to Tampa General due to stepdad having a pretty serious surgery. We needed to be able to go back-and-forth and it was about a six minute drive so it was perfect. Beds were very comfortable plenty of room for the four of us that were staying there. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. Near enough to restaurants also .“

„The unit was NOT the same as the one depicted in the photo. Additionally, as soon as we entered the unit, we noticed several examples of damage that we reported immediately. For example, the towel rack in the bathroom was actually on the floor; one of the closet doors in the bedroom was improperly installed, loose and dangling from its hinge point; the pantry door had been damaged and had painter's blue tape holding it together. These are only a few examples. I can provide photos if necessary. ...
