„This place is in one of the best spots in south Tampa. You are in walking distance to the best spots around Howards Ave and Hyde Park. Also its a quick trip to downtown. The Vrbo was just as advertised and very clean. I would recommend if you are solo or you and a partner. Great stay!“

„stayed here for a weekend of boating in tampa. Wasnt in the house very much, just mainly to sleep, but it was clean, two bedrooms and .7 miles from our marina. “

„Sehr schöne Wohnungen im Altbau. Tolle Wohngegend. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Leider aber sehr hellhörig. Die Nachbarn über uns haben nachts die Waschmaschine und den Trockner laufen lassen. Das hört man leider deutlich. Ansonsten nettes Shoppingviertel fußläufig erreichbar. Für Erkundungen rund um Tampa sehr gut geeignet. Wir würden wiederkommen.“

„Wow! Wow! Wow! From the hosts, the actual property to the location and Everything in between and more that you didnt think of is here. Very clean. Open space. Full kitchen plus washer dryer access, private parking... I really felt like i was at "home". Thank you for hosting me. I loved my stay from beginning to end. “

„I'm in Tampa often for work. It's important that where I stay is located conveniently to my office and to downtown. This room fit the bill perfectly. The place has ample space, has everything you would need for an extended stay and has hosts that are great communicators. I completely enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay here again. The property description was spot-on and as advertised. “

„I'm in Tampa twice a month on business, which means I stay at many different places all around the city. This one truly exceeded my expectations. Fully equipped kitchen, access to an outdoor grill, location, and decor were all excellent. I was going to book my next stay there later this month, but it had already been taken. No surprise! Very nice place!“

„Fabulous accommodations. Top notch.“

„The short bed frames and 4-5” mattresses were uncomfortable for my family; they are tall people. The electric socket above the bed, behind the pillows in the main bedroom were disconcerting. The kitchen sink did not drain. We did not eat there and didn’t put any food down the drain, the stagnant water called fruit flies. There were no wash cloths or dish towels present in the home. There were bugs under the shower mat.“

„This is located close to the many downtown Tampa activities. The neighborhood is beautiful with varied architecture and lush landscape. This home is the 1st floor of a renovated 1940s house. The kitchen is equipped, the beds are comfortable and the shower has excellent water pressure and hot water. The neighborhood is quiet with respectful neighbors. We appreciated the off-street parking spot right in front of the house that was plenty for a full sized pick up truck. We will stay here again ...

„Everything was as advertised! Clean, cool and in a perfect location. I LOVED walking around the beautiful surrounding neighborhood each day! Easy check-in and check-out. Great weekend visiting my kids. Would definitely stay again!“

„The place was perfect for us. It was clean and just large enough for the two of us and our dogs to have breathing room. It is a charming walkable neighborhood, too. I would definitely stay there again. If I were young and single, I would want to live there, too! Super cute set up!“

"Das Hotel ist für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit lässt gerade in den Ecken etwas zu wünschen übrig, aber zum Übernachten hat es mir gereicht. Das Frühstück wird, wie in den meisten anderen Hotels in den USA leider auch, mit Einweggeschirr und -besteck angeboten. Für einen schnellen Kaffee reicht es aber allemal. Der Parkplatz ist gut ausgeleuchtet und der Pool sah sauber aus (wenn auch nicht geheizt). Fazit: Ich habe schon in schöneren Unterkünften geschlafen, aber auch schon in wesentlich schlechteren."

"An sich war es völlig okay, aber der Whirlpool konnte nur vom Besitzer angeschaltet werden was nur 1 mal geklappt hat in den 4 tagen, da auf unsere email auch keine antworten kam erst am Tag vor der Abreise. Das Sofa ist komplett fleckig und das wäscheparfüm war zu viel das ganze Haus roch danach."
