„We had a great stay, everything we needed in a vacation spot. The area is super walkable with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops around and just a 10 min walk to the beach. Easy driving distance from La Jolla and downtown San Diego.“

„Me, my wife and sister in law stayed at the Vrbo this weekend for the Rock and roll half marathon. We are all originally San Diego locals so we had a packed schedule seeing friends and family. The Vrbo was a great location and walking distance to everything. Clean place. “

„Great property for hosting our group of 9. Game room area was fun for 3 kids and the basketball hoop sauna were a fun bonus. Floors were swept but not mopped clean so when you took your shoes off (as the sign asked) your feet got very dirty. House was very comfortable and made it easy to enjoy being inside (no sun while we rented). Very close to restaurants of Old Town and delivery options. Kitchen was well appointed to cook in. Overall a great experience and we would return. “

„We had a great stay. The property was just as described. It appears to be newly renovated and was very clean. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for cooking and living comfortably. It is attractively decorated. There is a Keurig coffee maker that had some starter pods, sweetener and creamer along with a variety of teas. We especially appreciated the spacious closet where we could unpack our clothes and store our luggage out of the way. It was nice not to live out of our ...

„This place is amazing! It is exactly as advertised. The place is bigger than it seems when you're in it and the patio in the back was wonderful to enjoy. We had 6 people staying in the house and it did not feel like it at all. The kitchen is well stocked and everything worked great. “

„Florence felt like home, and this property was a big part of that. Marianna was so responsive and took care of us from the moment we booked. Everything was clean and perfect- and the location couldn't be better. Super close to all cafe's, shopping, and groceries. And an easy walk to the central plaza and train station, we never needed a car except a taxi to the airport. The beds were all comfy, and sitting on the terrace eating breakfast with views of the dome was so special! Just be ready ...

Cottage could use a bit of maintenance on front door floor pad, made it awkward going in and out.and bathroom door knob ready to fall off Shower hot and cold backwards, made for interesting discovery. Host very responsive to our needs.“

"check-in nicht der schnellste ... valet parking OK, aber sehr teuer mit $ 65 pro tag ... room service : fruehstueck >>> fast food, geringe qualitaet, geliefert in plastic box :-(( ... dinner >>> pizza und chicken sandwich OK, aber auch in boxes mit plastik besteck serviert :-(( ... schade fuer ein hotel mit dieser sternebewertung !!! zimmer schoen, aber im gesamten schwache leistung in room service !!!"

Super Hotel mit perfekter Lage

"Immer wieder ein tolles Hotel mit perfekter Lage und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. So langsam etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was an der ein oder anderen Stelle sichtbar wird, aber es wird punktuell verbessert, zuletzt ein neues Aufzugssystem, das wirklich super funktioniert. Insgesamt sehr gepflegt, top! Komme sicher gerne wieder."

"Schlaf nicht zu denken! Das Hotel ist ein reines Partyhotel. Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht und wurden bis 5 Uhr morgens von der lauten Musik vom schlafen abgehalten. Als die Musik aus war, war dann die defekte Klimaanlage vor dem Zimmer genauso laut wie die Musik. Wir haben dieses an der Rezeption gemeldet. Passiert ist nichts… Einige Gäste checkten nur zum Party machen ein. Sie hatten mehr Getränke als Gepäck dabei. Der Pool und das Ambiente sind wunderschön, jedoch verkauft das Hotel Tageskarten für den Pool und somit ist die Chance auf eine Liege am Pool für Hotelgäste sehr gering. Top: - Design und Ambiente - Parkplatz Service (nicht Kostenlos!) Flop: - Partyhotel - Tagesgäste blockieren die Liegen am Pool - Kein Safe im Zimmer - Zimmer sind sehr Hellhörig ohne Schallisolierung - Keine Reaktion auf defekte Klimaanlage - Kein Hotel zum erholen Obwohl es eins der optisch schönsten Hotels auf unsere Reise war, war es ein totaler Reinfall und wir raten jedem davon ab, der etwas Entspannung sucht bzw. Nachts schlafen möchte."
