If you are looking to cook, the kitchen is a little limited and there is no coffee grinder as is listed. This didn’t impact our stay too much, we still had a wonderful time “

Cons: parking IS an issue, after about 4-5pm, you may have to walk up to a half mile. The dining room walls are pretty dusty, chair seats stained. And the bed is next to a window, that gets sunrise beam of light-no curtain.“

The mop & bucket were left in the kitchen, there were no trash bags, no central air, no hand towels and the upstairs people were loud running back and forth at all times of the night. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good and all the appliances worked. Need more outlets in the kitchen. “

„I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave).
