The overall feedback was that the house was clean, the views were one of a kind, and that the property was a special place that one would want to settle down or retire at. "This property is a little gem among the bigger condos. Lovely landscaping for each unit. Small kitchen but has everything you need. Walkable to dining options and to the beach area. Would definitely come back again in the area. "

"Pros: The proximity to the beach and to two local coffee shops is unbeatable. The space was clean and quiet which is great for travelers with families. Everything you needed in the kitchen was there. Cons: No bath mats, heater didn't work, no clear parking spot directions, and the toilet seat was broken (I believe it was mentioned that it was broken already in past reviews, which means it still hasn't been fixed)."
