„This house is beautiful, extremely clean and well maintained. Jerry Gregg (the host) provided friendly, clear communication and we enjoyed our visit. We were 2 seniors, our 2 adult 30ish children, a 3 month old baby, and 2 small dogs. We cooked, and relaxed in this very modernized older home. Couldn’t have been a more relaxing trip.“

„The unit was set up nicely and accommodated the 4 of us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Glad it had a garage because street parking would have been difficult. Host was friendly but a little hard to reach but heard from her right before we came to town. I think she had a family emergency so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. All in all, it worked for us. “

„Beautiful property with lots of thoughtful touches - muffins and eggs. The patio area was a real delight as bird feeders brought feathered friends and a flock of Canada geese grazed in the nearby open area. Close to Longwood Gardens and Brandywine Creek State Park provided the ideal location.“

„This house was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving getaway. There was enough space to have some family over for Thanksgiving dinner and game night. The kids enjoyed throwing the football around on the beach and taking walk on boardwalk after dinner. We are looking forward to next year!“

„Great property for multiple families. The two living spaces and separate floors offered privacy for our sibling trip. We enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets on the beach which is steps away. The house has everything you need for a great beach vacation. We rode bikes to the boardwalk and we walked (only 1 mile) The house was very clean and comfortable. Great spot. “

„My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Samwan Lake. The house was updated and had all the conveniences of home and then some! We enjoyed sipping our coffee on the rear deck. Any appliance you can imagine. 2 years ago the family went to Sunset Beach,NC with extended family requring large single house and a duplex, but it was a 2 out of 5 compared to our resent experience.“

„Rained our entire stay. Still enjoyable even with 2 dogs! Back yard is completely fenced in so we could just let them out. Yard is primarily sand so it wasnt muddy when we brought them in.When inside you can still enjoy the beautiful view from the living room and kitchen table out of the sliding glass door. „Das Hotel ust sehr gross aber etwas abseits vom Biardwalk. In etw 20 Min. am Meer entlang, ebenfalls au einem seh schönem Steg, ist man beim ersten Peer. Die Umgebung vom Hotel ust etwas abgelebt aber das ist Atlantic City allgemein. Im Hotel hatten wir eine Suite mir separatem Schlafzimmer. Alles war sauber, leider war das Bett etwas schmal für 2 Personen. Das Hotel im allgemeinen machte einen guten Eindruck aber das Fitness sollte besser gereinigt und gewartet weden.“
