„I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Location is fantastic, right next to the train station . The shopping is out of this world! The staff are so nice . The place is immaculately clean. The showers in the seated position are def unusual to a westerner but you soon get used to it . They offer lots of free sinks and snacks and food so you will save money on those things . The only thing I would say needs improving in the AC, it was a bit warmer that I would have liked in the ...

„It was a simple hotel room in japanese style. The Area was very good there are a lot of shops and train/ bus stations around. The receptionist were very friendly but they didnt unterstand english so we communicated with translator apps on the mobile phone.“

"Returning after a bit more than half a year (went in September 2024 for the first time) felt like coming home :) This is by far the best hotel in the best area of Tokyo - Highly appreciate the superfriendly, polite staff who is always happy to help, how clean and comfy the room is, the amenities, the view from the hotel to Kabukicho, the Godzilla head, when you exit directly into the busting life of Kabukicho, being close to Shinjuku station, so that most targets can be reached easily - just everything :) Next time, for the third time in our second home town, we will surely come back to Gracery ❤️"
