„Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Ryokan Sansui! Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen war ein Highlight - klassisch japanisch mit vielen kleinen Gerichten in einem privaten Raum. Auch die Onsen waren super und da wenig Gäste da waren, haben wir immer direkt eine privates Onsen bekommen. Wir können das Hotel zu 100 Prozent empfehlen und auch wenn es ein bisschen abgelegen ist (der Bus zur nächsten Bushaltestelle fährt alle 2 Stunden und mit der 15 Minuten ...

„Het is unieke locatie voor mensen met honden. Het hele hotel wax daarop ingeticht. De ligging was wat ver van de stad, masr het diner was goed. Allen moet je er wel aan denken om het ook op de aankomstdag te reserveren. Er is verder geen restaurant in de buurt en zonder reservetmring geen diner. Het personeel was super attent.“

A huge private home that can easily fit two families with three large bedrooms that have multiple beds in each. Modern facilities such as kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. „接待人員睡覺，按了很多次鈴聲，才醒來，讓我們等了很久。房間臭蟲真的很多，並不是不能接受大自然的蟲，但感覺老闆沒有想要處理。員工抽煙，旅館內都是煙味。室外溫泉水溫不夠，出去泡湯很冷，接待人員搞不清楚房間人數，我們到了以後才開始鋪床，用品也是少很多東西，是一間非常不推薦的旅館，我還看到有人直接不住了，逃離這個旅館。如果沒有旅館，建議住附近的飯店，也不要選這一家旅館“

„Its a very good hotel with a fantastic onsen a great view and in the near of the shinotaka ropeway. They gave us free bycicles to go there. The only thing I didn't check properly was to book breakfast and dinner. In the middle of nowhere it is impossible to buy food out of season. So we had to order breakfast and dinner which cost the same as two nights in this hotel.
