Great crash pad for summer sun and water
Stayed 3 nights while river floating and visiting schlitterbauhn. Place was easy access to rivers and New braunfels. The home was very clean and quiet. There was a lot of air freshener plug-ins throughout the house which could cause someone with allergies issues but we were good. Would visit again for summer float trip!

We wanted to get a bit outside of Austin during GP weekend and San Marcos is a good location. The house was well equipped and perfect for our group of 4. We did manage to use the community pool one night which was refreshing after a hot day in the sun. Would definitely come back next year!

Very welcoming home in a new subdivision. Very quite neighborhood with walking trails and super pet friendly. The home was decorated so cute and beds/coach were very comfortable. The house was stocked with EVERYTHING! We will definitely stay again. Literally 5 minutes from the Outlet Mall.

Nice, Comfortable, New Property
We used this property for 3 gentlemen traveling for a construction project in the area. Jackie was very accommodating, especially since we booked the rental within a few days of our arrival. It really provided us a warm, pleasant sanctuary at the end of some long work days. It is in a good location too - quiet area - but within striking distance of everything.

This house was great for our girls get away! The living room area was comfortable and very relaxing. The refrigerator with ice maker was great for our breakfast items and snacks. The beds were very comfortable. If we come to this area again, we will stay here again for sure.

Beautiful home!
This home is newly built. It was very clean and well equipped for all of your basic needs. It is in the perfect location- 15 minutes from the river and Gruene Hall and 10 minutes from the square in San Marcos. Owner was very helpful. Loved this stay!!
