„While I did not have a bad stay at this property, it was different from other VRBO experiences I have had and I wouldn't describe it as great, just adequate. This felt "strictly business" in interactions with the COMPANY that manages this property. I have enjoyed the personal interactions with other places I have stayed, and felt more like I was a guest. „Owner double booked us and we had no where to stay, they also did not want to issue a refund. I have 3 kids under 6 and we arrived at 10pm with people in the apartment that freaked heavily of cigarettes. Location is not near universal city like it said, and apartments are sketchy as hell. I would never want to stay here or recommend it. “

„Very clean, has everything needed for a stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Has a nice kitchen set up for a kitchenette. Very convenient location, was helping to move someone in to Cal Tech, and right near campus. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear cars/trucks drive by because it is very close to the road. You can also hear others in the house. I brought a white noise machine. The parking lot is very tight, but able to get an SUV in there. “
