„Zentral gelegenes Hotel mitten in SaPa mit super Aussicht, wenn man ein Zimmer Richtung der Stadt hat. Zimmer und Gesamtambiente im sehr schönen französischen Stil. Frühstücksauswahl riesig. Mitarbeiter, super freundlich und als i-Tüpfelchen gibt es zur Begrüßung einen extrem leckeren Kakao.“

„The resort is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The highlight is the view of the mountains and the Fansipan, the spa is also beautifully designed. The staff were very friendly, after a trek with some mud they got us a new brush to clean our clothes and shoes. The procedures are still a bit bumpy in the spa and at the breakfast buffet, but I think this will improve as the hotel has just opened. We felt very comfortable here and can recommend it without reservation.“

„The hotel seems to be pretty new. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom very nice. From the seating area you had a beautiful view of the mountains. Bad experience was the breakfast. As less guests were there, they didn't offer buffet. You could order a la carte. So far so good. When serving the breakfast everything was messed up with other orders. Btw only for 3 tables. Breakfast took nearly 1 hr and we had to claim a couple of times till we halfway got what we ordered. You don't ...

„I cannot say enough that is good about this hotel. The owner was so helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and when we needed to book for activities or travel he found better deals for us. The room was impeccable and the staff top notch. I don’t give reviews like this very often but I mean every word. “

„This place is beautiful, the view, the pool, all excellent! The food and drinks were great and the staff were so helpful at arranging rides into town or any excursion we wanted! There were a few bugs in the room that the kids didn’t like, but that was likely our fault having a little bit of snacks in the room. “
