„Amazing hotel in Zakopane, we had a huge apartment and the breakfast was incredible! The rooftop hot tub is perfect after a long hike, but it needs to be reserved so do so in advance because time slots fill up fast!“

„The apartment was super modern and well-equipped. Staff at the reception was super nice and always helpful. We would recommend the wellness area with two saunas and the outside whirlpool with a beautiful view into the mountains. Staying without a car and exploring the beautiful landscape is possible but a bit inflexible because the bus schedule is sparse.“

„Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with ...

„Sehr nettes Personal.

„Cold in the room, the radiators doesn't work. Staff ignored me and no one came to solve this problem. I'm very disappointed. I've wasted more money on medication than on any pleasures.“

„We did not like breakfast much. The pillows are small.“

„Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. Expedia did not communicate this and I wouldn't have booked if I had known. Otherwise the property is fine, though there are big rotten holes in the patio - ...

„Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Szlakami 5 Dolin. The view is beautiful. The apartment was perfect. We arrived late so there wasn’t anyone at the reception but we received all the info before we arrived and had a smooth check in. We tried the Sauna one evening and it was good. The staff were lovely. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no housekeeping service which was abit of let down. It is far out from central and no transport closeby. It is great if you have a car. Otherwise, ...

„We really enjoyed staying in our studio room and although we didn't cook we did use the kitchen for breakfast and snacks. We didn't have a washing machine, but the apartments do, so keep that in mind when picking rooms. The bathroom is ultra modern with a fab shower and lots of space. It is very central in town.“
