„Spacious family room with all amenities available.“

„Sehr nettes Personal“

„convenient location near many shops , not too far from train stations . Clean but slightly smelly room upon arrival . Helpful and friendly staff . Outstanding breakfast buffet with huge choice and restaurant quality food , for just $6 AUD . I stayed here twice on seperate occasions and can highly recommend it /“

„Lobby on the 8th floor, impractical. Very standard Hotel in my opinion. The Hotel hallway smells very musty/damp.“

„ein gutes Hotel, großes Zimmer mit Minibar, großes und sauberes Bad mit Dusche sehr freundlicher Service gute Restaurants nette Roofbar“

„I’m sorry I speak very little Bahasa. My stay at the Luminor was very good indeed. Thank you so much.“

„Das Bad war extrem feucht und hat gestunken. Es gab keine Seife um die Hände zu waschen, auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Die Bettlaken hatten Flecken.“

„Gut“

„Perfect, nothing to complaint about“

„The staff were very friendly and helpful, their English was clear. The rooms were a bit tired, not unclean, just stained in the grout. The breakfast had a wide variety but the coffee was not good, there are so many good coffee places not far. The water was not sealed so we bought from the supermarket almost next door.“

„Bedding, floor cleaning, little lighting near mirrors, no soap at sink, toilet paper holder awkwardly placed “

„Terrible worse“
