„Grateful for a place that is dog friendly. Right on beach. We watched the sun rise & dolphins play each day. Beach was clean and so much fun. We have a special needs dog so having the beach so close & an elevator to our unit gave us the opprotunity to have a family vacation. We cooked in house and had everything we needed. We will be booking again.“

„Loved our stay. The condo was clean and centrally located for both the northern and southern portions of OBX. If you want to get the most out of your vacation, this is a great starting point . The complex is small, peaceful, and quiet. Steps to the beach. Host was great, providing us with so much useful information of the area. We look forward to staying here again.“

„We really enjoyed ourselves. It was so nice to be right on the oceanfront set out on the deck. This place was very spacious very clean and very much like it was advertised so no surprises there.“

„Our family stayed at the writers retreat over Easter Weekend. The place is beautiful and so convenient to the beach, restaurants and the shoreline. Can't recommend it enough. The comms with the landlords was excellent and they went out of their way to make the stay wonderful. Would gladly stay again if in the Nags Head area.“

„Everything was great with a couple of minor exceptions. Elevator quit working for over a day. The elevator needs to be updated. The dishwasher was full when we arrived. Did not know if dishes were clean or dirty. Should have been emptied before we arrived. We were not able to use dishwasher because we are not going to deal with someone elses leftover dishes. The remote for the TV was worn out. could not use the TV because half of the buttons did not work anymore. I bought new batteries but that ...

„This condo has the most beautiful ocean front view. We spent part of each day relaxing and enjoying the view. The condo is clean, primary bed was very comfortable. Very nice TV’s in each room. Located close to plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was very welcoming. Left a generous tray of samples for our stay ( coffee, shampoo, toothbrushes, TP, etc). He checked in during the week and offered recommendations for restaurants and we tried several. Highly recommend “

„Grounds were impressive. Condo in good condition n extremely clean. Couch n chair needs to be replaced, worn n uncomfortable.4 flights of stairs (29 steps) under the impression it was on the 2nd flr. Stocked w/lots of kitchen wares, gadgets, pots n pans. Would not book again due to stairs. My bad for not specifically asking about the steps.“

„Great views from the 3rd floor of the beach from the balcony. Walking distance to Goomby’s for supper. Yes there are stairs and no elevator but there is a luggage lift for your stuff. The view is worth the steps. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again. “
