„We found a lot to love about Herbst Cottage! While the layout is a little unconventional (the huge master bedroom is the only direct route in and out of the house to the back decks and pool), the spaces were big enough for 10 people, and the places we were most interested in, which were the kitchen, backyard/pool, and beach access, were really great. „We loved our week at Outer Banks. Our extended family traveled together- ages 8 to 80. It was perfect! The beach was beautiful and felt private, as there were rarely more than 5 other families nearby. The swimming pool gave a great alternative to the waves for the kids and the hot tub was an amazing way to relax in the evenings! Only suggestion would be very minor upkeep in cleanliness (dusty vents, broom in the kitchen but no dust pan, scraps of old food in the utensils drawer).
