Great vacation house!

Great location

Grandparents and grandkids stayed at this home for a week. Location is top notch. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. Great having 2 refrigerators. Bikes, chairs and boogie boards were there for our use. We cook a lot and found we were washing silverware often and bathroom door on the first level trapped one of the kids in it. Would stay again and highly recommend Thanks for sharing your beautiful home

Great location in Bayside

Perfectly located inside Bayside. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating a family wedding. Only suggestion for property is to add a recycling trash can in the kitchen. Layout of house is nice. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Great weekend!

We stayed with a group of friends and saw a concert at the Freedman stage. This home is a short walk to the stage so that was very convenient. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great weekend!

Great location!

We had a mixed aged group and we all had a great time. It was conveniently located right across the street from pool, basketball, and tennis. We enjoyed a day at the beach and took a short trip to Ocean City. The house fit our whole group very comfortably!

Another AMAZING stay at Bayside!!

Kristen is super responsive to any and all of your questions!! Property is in a prime location in the neighborhood, especially if you have kids that love the pool and playground. The amenities Bayside has to offer can’t be beat. We enjoyed bike riding, yoga at the Point, kayaking, SUP paddling and finding frogs and horseshoe crabs by the bay. It was a fantastic vacay with family and friends!

Great vacation

My family had a great time in this Bayside home. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is great especially with the pool right across the street. Kristen quickly answered all of my questions and was very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Love Bayside

We love Bayside, we have been coming here for 8 years. This was our first rental that did not include linens, took us by surprise and we had to go out and purchase towels and sheets. Totally our fault as it was in writing we just missed it! We would recommend this property it was clean and well equipped otherwise!

We stayed here for our annual family vacation. It was me, 1 adult children and my 5 grandkids ages 10-18. There was literally something to do for all of us. The house is great, the owners were wonderful, and the community has lots to offer. Will definetly stay again!

Wonderful home, location and neighborhood!

We had a wonderful time at Kristen’s Bayside home. She is great to work with and very responsive. The home is well appointed with everything we needed and very clean. We loved the community with all of the amenities (Four pools, golf, kayaking, tennis, basketball, trails, etc.) The beach, boat/jet ski rentals and charter fishing are nearby. We enjoyed three concerts at “The Stage” during our stay. We had a great week! Thank you Kristen and Ryan!

Expectations met

Upon arrival we found the house immaculate. Accommadations were perfect and the convenience of being close to shopping for necessities was a great selling point. Recreational facilities were maintained and the grounds were neat and clean. We assured to leave the house at least as clean as we found it. Perfect weekend getaway

We needed a place for a weekend Tournament. The house has more than enough room. The kitchen and bathrooms are large, family room has plenty of seating, Great location away from noisy coastal highway and a quick drive to restaurants and shops.

Overall the experience was good. House was clean and just as expected. The balcony was lovely and location was great. Small tip, it might be helpful to highlight all of the items renters need to bring in a separate paragraph (in addition to towels and linens, soap, toilet paper, etc. ) as different properties have different requirements.
