„Excellent property. Staff were all so accommodating and welcoming. There is an app to use to order room service, book dinner reservations etc. which makes things super convenient. The food was pretty good! The beach was quite nice. Not a swimming beach but you are at a surf resort. You can walk fairly far to the south and the beach is all sand.
If you book a junior suite like I did, note it surrounds the courtyard and there are evenings where there will be very loud music until rather late. So ...

„Que la atencion es muy personalizada, la barra tiene buenas bebidas y no es como otras que silo ponen lo mas baratito o chafa. Las albercas y la playa en general estan bastante bien y accessibles. Probablemente en la alberca principal de los niños haga falta un poco mas de camastros, pero muy bien cuidado todo.“

We've been here many times. 2014, 2016, 2021 and now 2025, just to see the hotel deteriorate.
The elevators are either broken, have semi-open panels that let you see the cabling and electronics on the inside, or make very concerning noises. We've always accepted the pool increasingly deteriorating as we are more interested in the sea, and the location is stunning.
Our nightmare started when we came back from the evening show to realise our AC was not cooling the room at all. First call placed around 22:00 and the concierge insisted that we closed the balcony door which I assured her many times that it already was. She said that she would send someone over.
Half an hour later and I called to ask how much longer and found myself talking with someone else who told me that he didn't know what I was talking about as the nice lady I talked to earlier finished her shift, presumably without informing anyone.
They tried to remotely switch the AC off and on a couple of times which didn't work.
A technician finally came to have a look and said a part needs to be replaced and that will not happen until at least tomorrow.
By that time it was already around 00:30 and we were still sitting in an unbearably hot room with an exhausted 6 year old!
We were finally in a new room at ca 01:30 in the night only after getting seriously upset with the front desk. No apology or compensation was offered at the checkout the next morning... "
