„Es war mehr als perfekt! Der erste Eindruck der Lobby ist spektakulär, die zusammenhängenden Zimmer waren sehr schön, groß und sauber. Die Aussendusche ist großartig! Das Essen war sehr gut. Man kann auch außerhalb essen, zB. Im Sufi oder Four Seasons. Der Butlerservice ist fantastisch! Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und pampering. Wir hatten einen Latecheckout um 17:00 Uhr mit jeder Annehmlichkeit, im Gegensatz zum Mousai, wo wir Punkt 11:00 Uhr telefonisch herausgeworfen ...

„Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot.“

Private beach is idealistic-- white sands, beautiful view of ocean, big waves, lots of seating. Pools are warm and there always seems to be helpful staff around to grab drinks or extra chairs. “
