„Muy bien distribuida acceso en la mayoría de los casos a todos los ameniedades de la propiedad de forma rapida y sencilla. Lo unico que pudiera comentar es el acceso a personas con discapacidad oadyltos mayores ya que hay que subir escaleras en algunos casos pocos en otros muchos escalo es para ingresar a algun dw los lugarea. Fuera de esto tiene de todo. Hay que reservar con tiempo las cenas en restauranes como en cialquier otro resort“

„I don’t even know where to start. This was probably the most beautiful I have ever stayed. The decor is unique and relaxing. The view from the giant private patio is INSANE. The bed is sooooo comfy (I am actually currently in the process of sourcing the pillows and bedspread to buy for my home!). „We had such a wonderful stay here! The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the amenities you could need. Everything was so convenient, yet the space still felt peaceful and relaxing. „Es war mehr als perfekt! Der erste Eindruck der Lobby ist spektakulär, die zusammenhängenden Zimmer waren sehr schön, groß und sauber. Die Aussendusche ist großartig!
Das Essen war sehr gut. Man kann auch außerhalb essen, zB. Im Sufi oder Four Seasons.
Der Butlerservice ist fantastisch! Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und pampering. Wir hatten einen Latecheckout um 17:00 Uhr mit jeder Annehmlichkeit, im Gegensatz zum Mousai, wo wir Punkt 11:00 Uhr telefonisch herausgeworfen ...

"It's all good until something doesn't work.
We've been here many times. 2014, 2016, 2021 and now 2025, just to see the hotel deteriorate.
The elevators are either broken, have semi-open panels that let you see the cabling and electronics on the inside, or make very concerning noises. We've always accepted the pool increasingly deteriorating as we are more interested in the sea, and the location is stunning.
Our nightmare started when we came back from the evening show to realise our AC was not cooling the room at all. First call placed around 22:00 and the concierge insisted that we closed the balcony door which I assured her many times that it already was. She said that she would send someone over.
Half an hour later and I called to ask how much longer and found myself talking with someone else who told me that he didn't know what I was talking about as the nice lady I talked to earlier finished her shift, presumably without informing anyone.
They tried to remotely switch the AC off and on a couple of times which didn't work.
A technician finally came to have a look and said a part needs to be replaced and that will not happen until at least tomorrow.
By that time it was already around 00:30 and we were still sitting in an unbearably hot room with an exhausted 6 year old!
We were finally in a new room at ca 01:30 in the night only after getting seriously upset with the front desk. No apology or compensation was offered at the checkout the next morning... "
