„We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. Really one of a kind! Breakfast and dinner was also an highlight, served on a nice balcony. I would only hope in the future they would improve the spa, which at the moment is only a treatments room.“

„Nice hotel with a lovely communal area where breakfast is also served. Friendly and helpful staff. The single room I booked was very, very small. No chair, no storage space for bags, tiny washbasin... not really acceptable for the price.“
