„We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. „Beautiful hotel and very beautiful room and breakfast ! The location is a little in the middle of nowhere . If you have a car , it’s a nice hotel to travel around . Staff is super nice . However ,I found it q. Little annoying that from 7.30 pm to 8 am , there’s no one to assist and you can only access your room ( no common areas available ) All the same , it was a good experience and would recommend“
