The Space:

Villa Burgundy is a bright and modern one-bedroom villa designed for comfort and ease. The east-facing living area opens onto a large, sunny balcony where you can unwind with a glass of local wine while enjoying stunning views over the golf course and out to the Barrington Tops and surrounding mountain ranges.

Inside, you’ll find:

- Bedroom: 1 king bed (or 2 singles on request) with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom
- Living Area: Open-plan lounge with a sofa bed (sleeps an extra guest if required)
- Kitchenette: Equipped with a microwave, fridge, sink, toaster, and basic essentials
- Comfort: Air-conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, plush linens, and 5-star quality bedding
- Balcony: Spacious entertaining area with beautiful outlooks & BBQ

Guest Access:

Guests have unlimited access to the Owners Hillside Pool (seasonal) and can book golf rounds or tennis courts directly through the Cypress Lakes Pro Shop. Please note that access to the main resort-run pool and gym facilities is not included.

Good to Know:

- Sleeps up to 3 guests comfortably, with a sofa bed available on request.
- Flexible check-in and check-out may be possible depending on availability – just ask.
- Fresh linens and bath towels provided for each guest. Please bring your own pool towels if you plan to swim.
- Eco-conscious amenities: We provide a complimentary 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Feel free to bring your preferred personal products.
