PROPERTY LAYOUT:
Welcome to our spacious haven, designed for both entertaining and relaxation. After entering from the bottom level garage, head upstairs to the main living level, boasting a fully stocked chef's kitchen with a generous island seating six. High-end JennAir appliances and professional cookware cater to culinary enthusiasts. The adjacent formal dining area seats an additional six guests. A stocked coffee station offers various brewing options, including pour-over and local freshly ground Commonplace Coffee.

The open floor plan encourages seamless transitions between the kitchen and the living room, featuring a large sectional sofa and a 65" Smart TV. Step out onto the covered patio for a breath of fresh air while staying connected to the heart of the home.

Heading upstairs to the third floor, three bedrooms await, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for six guests. Additionally, the house can accommodate up to four more guests with sleeper sofas in each living area. The primary suite boasts a king-size bed, walk-in closet, 50" Smart TV and a spa-inspired bathroom. Two identical secondary bedrooms offer queen beds and a shared full bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower. A convenient laundry closet and office workspace complete this level.

The fourth floor rooftop "Green Room" showcases Pittsburgh's skyline with double sliding doors, a wet bar, an additional 65" Smart Tv and substantial indoor and outdoor areas. The rooftop terrace reveals breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. Perched on the hillside, it provides a front-row seat to the city skyline. After dark, a large propane fire pit keeps the ambiance warm.

1. Smoking (or vaping) is not permitted inside. Smoking is allowed outside only; please, no butts on the ground. A minimum $2,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of 12 persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

3. Guest is responsible for all child proofing. Any child amenities (pack & plays, high chairs, etc.) shall be completely and fully inspected for satisfactory working order by Guest prior to use. Hosts do not inspect child amenities between stays, and any injuries resulting from their use are 100% guest-related.

5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.

6. Tampering with / disabling the decibel meter and refusing to reinstall it is grounds for immediate cancellation.

7. We are very flexible hosts, and do not ask or expect our guests to clean prior to check out. However, we also don't expect our guests to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to garbage, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.

Great family trip to Pittsburgh

Property was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. Chad was extremely helpful and quick to respond! House has everything you could need and is clean as well. The views from the rooftop were amazing. We will definitely seek this property out again when we visit Pittsburgh next time.
