„The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. „Everything was perfect in the apt. The photos looked exactly like the home. The apt was spacious and very clean. The porch in front was a nice touch as well for the nice few 70 degree days we had in December. We met a few neighbors who were absolutely lovely and enjoyed our time here. Tons of shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better stay right after Christmas. „Apartment was great, very nice. There was 3 beds we only used one but it was very comfortable. Host communicated very quickly and was very helpful. Only downfall was the upstairs tenants jumped and ran all night till about 3am so being up late and checking out at 10am was not fun, but Tom was great and apartment was clean. If you can ignore jumping perfect location to everything.“
