The fourth bedroom is located in the basement with a comfortable double bed. There's also a queen-size pull-out sofa in the basement that offers an additional flexible sleeping option for larger groups.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including 4 bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, basement, and outdoor spaces. The private driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, depending on vehicle size.

Street parking is permitted, except between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM (no overnight parking allowed).
