„To start, the location was in a very rough neighborhood with a lot of homeless people around the house. We did not feel safe even during the day. Property needs a big renovation as the pictures do not represent reality. Things are falling apart. Rugs and couch were stained and dirty. No utensils, plates, cups and silverware. „This property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. A great location in a beautiful neighborhood directly across from the train station that takes you into Philadelphia. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The host was communicative and very responsive when I had a question. We were very satisfied and I would definitely recommend this property to others.“

„The house looked exactly like the pictures online and the hosts were very easy to communicate with throughout the process. There were plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance and an ACME right across the street. My family would definitely stay here again. The only issue was the parking could be a little tricky but that would be the same case in any house in this area.“
